1. Who may review
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the dealer, seller or vehicle being reviewed. One review per customer per transaction.
2. What is not allowed
- Fake reviews, reviews written by the business or its staff, family or competitors.
- Reviews in exchange for payment, discounts or gifts unless the incentive is clearly disclosed and offered regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.
- Profanity, hate speech, personal information, threats or content unrelated to the experience.
3. Dealer obligations
Dealers may not suppress, gate or selectively solicit only positive reviews, threaten reviewers, or use non-disparagement terms to prevent honest reviews. These practices may violate the FTC Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials and will lead to account action.
4. Moderation
We may remove reviews that violate this policy. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative. Dealers may post one public response per review.
5. Ratings
Vehicle ratings and "match" scores are based on data and methods we choose and may change. They are opinions, not guarantees.
